We bought a pre-loved vehicle from Car Connexion in East London in February this year. I've had three little maintenance issues, and had absolutely amazing aftersales service from them. From having bearings replaced under the extended warrantee purchased through them to fitting a lever for the bonnet that I purchased myself, never once have they complained.

I bought a Merc in July, they said they sorted out few stretches I noticed from the car then. The day I washed the car, immediately the stretches showed up and I notified them and they kept on saying they will book it in. When they sold me the car they said I must check everything with Ronnies, the car was taken in for a service, few later I went to Ronnies to check the next service, to my surprise I was told that the car was never serviced. In all they misrepresented their sale. They have been taking me back forth with lies and stories.

I purchased a vehicle from them in June, which I have been experiencing problems with since day 1. A problem I specifically highlighted with a few weeks on collection. I was sent from pillar to post as new problems came up. Their response was so appalling. I ended claiming from warranty for some of the issues but other issues still remain. I was without a car for over 2 weeks going back and forth with them. Upon collection of the vehicle last week Friday, the issue has returned and they are pushing me to claim from warranty. This has been the most stressful purchase to date and I would never buy a car from there again.

Worst place to buy a car. They sold us a car that had been in an accident and has no airbags, car has major problems. They never disclosed any of this to us on purchase. When we tried to sell the car, we found out the above problems. They dont acknowledge their mistake and refused to help us. We went to the motor ombudsman and they ignored them aswell. They the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend this place to anyone. When buying from this place get an independant person to check the car for you as this place will never acknowledge their faults.

I took my car for change of plugs and coils on August 10, then on September i was on my way to Margate when i realised that my wipers water spray was not working and i reported the matter but instead of admiting that they might have disturbed something while changing the parts the guy was quick to diagnose the problem and giving me a quote which means he knows exactly what they did wrong in the car. I am really disappointed with car connexion East London Beacon Bay Branch and them to admit what they did wrong and fix it.

bought the Bakkie in September 2021. After two weeks, this bakkie started jerking and I reported to the manager. He saw this as a minor issue. Within 3 months, shocks needed to be replaced but they refused to take responsibility. Within 4 months, their workshop diagnosed a defective dif that needed to be replaced but they refused to do it and a month later, the Bakkie broke down completely due to the defective dif. They are still refusing to pay for repairs. But Their management claim to care for their customers

Bought my BMW F30 from Car connexion in East London 4 Weeks ago. Had the car for 4 days and took it back as it had a gearbox oil leak. The mechanic that day told us he is not familiar with BMW's. So he already decided he is not working on it then and there. So they sub contracted the car to BMW then from there to EC turbos which stood there for a week. Then from there subcontracted it to Mayfair gearbox who didn't even have a look at the car and diagnosed the completely wrong! Even wanted to fiddle with he engine.(third week without my car due to incompetence all round.) yesterday the 6th of April they were on their way to drop off the car and something went wrong took the car back to their own workshop. Today I ask what's the next step to be told I won't have the car by the weekend the 4th weekend without my car. Who in their right mind would be ok without their car going on the 4th week? You would think after so long the car would be number one priority! I am on anxiety medication and booked off for the rest of the week because these people are going round in circles. They actually don't realize or couldn't care how I feel. Keep offering me to cancel the deal which is serious lly ridiculous and NOT an option. I emailed MFC today to deal with this nonsense as I don't know what else to do I was patient for so long but I've reached the end. I cannot understand how you have a workshop but subcontract the car to 100 different places. 4 weeks without my car? How is that even possible. It's heartbreaking. Not good service at all.
