Car Doctor Secunda's service & communication is horrible!

There is one owner for all three big Car repair shops, and all three of their services are totally different. We had an accident on the 20th of October '24 & 56 days later we still don't have our car—one excuse after the other. From the rude receptionist to stupid excuses & pushing when our car would be ready so many times. I'm just so fed up with them!!

How can there be a change to their service if I only see complaints on this platform but they never acknowledge any mistakes?
