Agent fails to call on time then gives you attitude when you mention you requested a call back at a certain time due to your own work demands. Then doesnt call at all. Then puts through policy late because agent goes on leave.
Finally get assistance however because my policy is late i still have to willingly pay penalties for my service being late.
Eventually i just call amd cancel on the 27th February before any payment is taken and im advised by Tino that i am within my cancelation period and i get cut off as im supposedly being transferred to cancelations.
I call back. I do cancel only to have my account debited with the premium that i was supposed to pay had i kept the policy. Beyond ****ed and i want a refund!
