Why would I request a booking reservation from Thrifty if you sent me one? Use your brains! No one informed me about anything, the only email I received from you was to thank me for the R400 payment and I was the one constantly following up with no substantial response. My request to Amandla was for an unlimited vehicle, I have evidence to prove that, he never suggested vehicles of 300/400km. When did you explain to me about the nonrefundable admin fee, before or after I was told that the R400 was processed? STOP ducking and diving, you didn't render any service to me instead you misled me.
Also, Thrifty informed me that I am not your only client who experienced such problems at their branch and I managed to get two people with exactly the same vexations. Hiring companies are no longer giving clients sent by Agents unlimited KM, some of us have learned this the hard way - you just need to inform your clients way in advance, is that so difficult? Asking for information that you failed to provide shouldn't be treated as a mistake and giving me information about my next booking is irrelevant, the information was supposed to be given in our first encounter.
Again, if you cannot provide what a prospective client has requested rather persuade them to change their mind and not wait till they get to the airport and spend hours trying to get a booking that you failed to execute.
