Living Car Service City Nightmare

I am currently in a car service city nightmare! While the Northmead branch has been good in trying to help me, the main Benoni branch that worked on my car is a living nightmare. The staff and leader Anneli lie, misinform as a client and so quick to shift blame on me when they did a botched job of my car. I waited almost a month for a 1 week job and still the car had problems. What a wow. Never have I had to visit a car service shop every weekend like I am there now. STAY AWAY people, stay away!
