Unsatisfactional

We took our car in for repairs and when we got the car back the car on the same day started to leak oil like a fountain we called them the next morning and then they helped us the same morning then we had to take the car back on the next Monday to be apparently fixed but then the end of the day they did not get it fixed and they quoted us for another big job they wanted to replace our head gasket but it was the tappid gasket that was the problem

We went for a second opinion and they said that they had to re do the job that we already paid for to get done so we took the car in to a different place and they did the job properly and now the car is fixed but when we went back to car service city boksburg to try coming to a solution on what to do but the manager said they can't help us because we should've consulted them first and they had to give us authorization to go to a different place

So now i spent just under 15 k for a job that never got done properly and another amount for the same job to be done and they claim they can only maybe offer 10 to 20% off the nect service but i am definitely not taking my car back to them

I wont recommend using the place
