I booked my Audi for major service, they wrongly advised that the service include changing of spark plugs, only to be called and told I should buy platinum plugs, which when I made a booking they said they will including changing the plugs. I paid 4000 for the major while they only changed oil. They advise customers wrongly so they can make money. I have asked for the recording when I made a booking, they only provided the recording when they were proving a report on the car. I need car service to replace my spark plugs because I was taken advantage of and wrongly advised.

Car Service City Hatfield- Incompetent and unprofessional
Never never , take your car to Car Service City Hatfield. I have never experience such a bad service in my life, those people are so incompetent, so i took my car for a service there, they called me after they diagnose the car and said to me, apart from the normal service, i need to change my wipers and rear brakes. i told them to do the breaks and leave the wipers, they called me to come get my car, i drove less than 10KM and my the oil light appeared on my dash board, they told me to take it back, They told me that my oil pump is ****ed up so they need to fix it, I asked what happened because the time i took my car there it was fine and it did not show in their diagnose report that the oil pump is ****ed, they did not respond, I had to pay them again to fix the Oil pump, then the following day, they called me to come get the car, and after 2 minutes of driving the car started overheating, I was frustrated, i took the car back, it slept there they call me the following day and said to me there is no problem with the car, i told them i am not crazy the car was overheating and you saw it, I spent R11 500.00, but I only took the car there for a service.
