I booked my Audi for major service, they wrongly advised that the service include changing of spark plugs, only to be called and told I should buy platinum plugs, which when I made a booking they said they will including changing the plugs. I paid 4000 for the major while they only changed oil. They advise customers wrongly so they can make money. I have asked for the recording when I made a booking, they only provided the recording when they were proving a report on the car. I need car service to replace my spark plugs because I was taken advantage of and wrongly advised.
I am a MBA student at Mancosa, doing my final year.I have been calling and waiting for Mancosa to change my elective for 2 weeks. They promised to change my elective. I payed the R900 that is required, and uploaded on the system and also send proof of payment to their student support. I have logged many calls, now when I call they drop my calls because they know, I have been phoning everyday for 2 weeks politely asking for assistance. I am being made a made person they just say hold and drop my call. This is so unprofessional from such reputable university, I am realy dissapointed. I hope this review will help me . I had an account with MTN Ref: 7547010 which I paid up, in January 2022. I am struggling to get a paid-up letter from legal. I have since requested it in January and made a follow-up in June with no response. I need the letter urgently because on my credit is reflect as like i am still owing them. I send many emails to MTN and called many times, still no help. MTN has a very bad service. I hope hellopeter you can help me, i am struggling because of people failing to do their simple jobs.
Purchased my sim card at takealot. I paid 300 rands and registered it. I experience trouble with rica online. I called the support team, they said i should email my documents, which i did 2 days ago. Even now I am still waiting for rica. When i call, the call centre agent said i should wait 24 hours, now is 48 hours still my sin card is not yet ricad. My 300 is gone but i do not have data. I am exhausted from calling the rain call centre. I feel cheated. I regret why i bought the simcard. I am cancelling, I want my money back
