Terrible Communication Line

What terrible service I got from these guys. I have never been disappointed like this in 2023. These guy stripped my car and told never told me it will take almost a month to find the part and assemble the car engine again. I kept on sending emails and had no respond. I called more than 10 times and they kept on saying they will get back to me. No communication from the Workshop manager Jaco and when I went there to get feedback, he made me sit for 30 minutes only to tell me the car is not ready.
