Slap dash pathetic service

Worst service ever received, very unprofessional; took my car in on a low bed due to a warranty requirement and explained that the vehicle must not be driven otherwise my claim could be voided,they then proceeded to remove the damaged part and then drove 10km with the vehicle to test and see what is wrong! really how do you remove the damaged part and not replace it then test drive to find the fault? and to add on it all a towing eye cover was removed from the vehicle and when I asked for it the manager got rude and said that the vehicle arrived that way of which is not true, inspection was done by the admin/reception lady and the cap was still present at the time of inspection.

Vehicle was misdiagnosed, the inspection seems like a money making scheme as they dont input the correct vehicle details/specs in to do a accurate diagnostic.

I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy!

Pathetic service and treatment from the Manager, ill treatment towards myself and my husband as the client
