I have taken my car to many places and NEVER in that history have experienced the level of poor service as this place. I took my car in there on Friday 28th of Feb it was cutting out. I was told that a diagnosis would need to take place to establish what the issue was first. After 2 hrs a guy named Peter verbally quoted me R4000 but because a promo was being run with King Fischer insurance I would get R500 off if i scanned the QR code and got a quote which I did. Today is the 6th of March I still don't have the car . There is also RADIO SILENCE they don't bother to communicate and when I call them they tell me the next day at 12 to get me off the phone. I am spending hundreds of rands on uber daily to get to work its almost as if they are either *********** and don't know what they are doing OR because my car is old the level of urgency on it is not being prioritised as t would say a bentley. I have been to many garages for different work and services on my tazz and never have I seen such. Poor service, incompetence, no physical written quotes, RADIO SILENCE ( you as the customer must phone them daily and find out what's going on . BULL**** of a place !!!!!!
