I recently placed a food order on Woolworths for today and was given the time slot 10am to 1pm I centered my day plans around these hours and still no delivery 🚚 this is why checkers sixty is thriving just bull**** and it’s food
I had the worst clicks experience at the mall Of Africa branch. I purchased items worth R4100 online for a girls NGO for Xmas baskets only to find they only accept cash. I then took the items to clicks mall of Africa hoping it would be a smooth refund to the card as I made purchase via the card to my amazement they only do cash refund and told me it’s too early. I was told to return at 3pm which I did I then find a new person who wants me to explain again and resend the tax invoices I had sent that same morning . I was in that shop over an hour and things were slow and mundane. I am aware it’s the holidays and it’s busier but just the lack of interest and also the return process needs to be reviewed. I spend thousands each month and clicks and will be gong to Dischem rather
I think I have been ****med. On the 24th of June I sent 10x 50k in lump sum and also asked for a monthly debit to go off . Now 6 working days later there no no acknowledgment of my money and it also doesn’t reflect on my portfolio when I call I am told different things by different people some day my account isn’t authorised , another said I need to tell the money where to go and the other says to me that she will call me which she didn’t
On the 24th of June I invested with 10x after being with Sanlam and wanting to try something new. I sent a lump sum and also opted for debit orders on the 1st of each month. It is the 6th business day and these people have still not processed my money when I log into the portal it states R0.00 and when I call and email I’m told different things some day the account is not authorised while others say I need to go in and dictate where the funds must go but was my filling out of the form saying unit tiers moderate not be saying that. I now wasn’t a refund of my 50k and have been sent a form however I don’t know some of the details like investor number and registration number I’m must now call these mother****ers and chase after them. Don’t invest with these people
I have taken my car to many places and NEVER in that history have experienced the level of poor service as this place. I took my car in there on Friday 28th of Feb it was cutting out. I was told that a diagnosis would need to take place to establish what the issue was first. After 2 hrs a guy named Peter verbally quoted me R4000 but because a promo was being run with King Fischer insurance I would get R500 off if i scanned the QR code and got a quote which I did. Today is the 6th of March I still don't have the car . There is also RADIO SILENCE they don't bother to communicate and when I call them they tell me the next day at 12 to get me off the phone. I am spending hundreds of rands on uber daily to get to work its almost as if they are either *********** and don't know what they are doing OR because my car is old the level of urgency on it is not being prioritised as t would say a bentley. I have been to many garages for different work and services on my tazz and never have I seen such. Poor service, incompetence, no physical written quotes, RADIO SILENCE ( you as the customer must phone them daily and find out what's going on . BULL**** of a place !!!!!!

I’m highly disappointed in the Arc store online team. I bought a perfume for my friend it’s her birthday next week and she will not be in Johannesburg thereafter. I bought it on the 5th of December and wanted the bottle personalised for a special effect. Not only is there no information via email to say it’s being processed or how long it could possibly take but you call their contact number and no one picks up it just says their beauty architects are busy. I went as far and inboxing their Instagram and was given a generic message and you would tell the person didn’t bother to check my specific order number. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all rather stick to the Woolworths and red squares of this time or skins I hope Sephora enters the African market and shows them how it’s done and what customer service is
I had the worst experience with Absa as a new business holder. I was assigned a woman named Lebogang Bodiba I have asked her several questions needing assistance to no help. I recently decided to close the account and try a different bank and her response was I should go into a branch is the whole purpose of having her not for convenience? She hasn’t once helped me to a satisfactory level or even bothered herself . I kindly asked her to close my account but move the funds to a certain account. She is the worst but I have a feeling she treats our white counterparts better
I bought a kettle from game mall of Africa a few months ago and it just stopped working mind you it had a 2 year guarantee. It’s been over a week since it was taken back to the manufacturer and it’s silent why we’re just not given a new kettle ? Poor customer service
