I took my vehicle in for repairs on the 14th February, Car world kept giving me updates on the repair with my car, which is very nice to know how far they are with the vehicle. I fetched my vehicle yesterday (red polo) I was so happy couldn't believe great job done on the vehicle it looks brand new. The guy who assisted me went through what they repaired and showed me everything they did. The staff is very friendly from the receptionist to the janitor. Thank you Carworld. You guys rock.

If you are seeing this, believe all the bad reviews!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! They sell cars that have been in accidents before. They will not tell you, the mileage will be low, the car will look good but those cars are auction cars, resprayed!!! They’ve changed the name of their dealership so beware!!!!

If you are seeing this, believe all the bad reviews!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! They sell cars that have been in accidents before. They will not tell you, the mileage will be low, the car will look good but those cars are auction cars, resprayed!!! They’ve changed the name of their dealership so beware!!!!

On 16/06/2021, I purchased a Ford Eco sport from the dealer for an amount of R225 000.00. I took delivery of the vehicle on 19/06/2021. On 20/06/2021 the vehicle's mag wheel disintegrated causing the vehicle to leave the road and to be damaged beyond economic repair. After the accident, I paid for an accident report which concluded that the vehicle had, unknown to me, been involved in a previous collision which compromised the vehicle and in particular the righthand side thereof including the mag wheel. A copy of the report is attached here to. The dealer never informed that the vehicle was previously in an accident even though I asked. It is also clear that the vehicle suffered from defects as per the report which were never disclosed to me. Had I known of the defects to the vehicle I would never have purchased the vehicle

I bought a car in April, July I took a car for service that's when I realized that the car was previously in an accident and they didn't tell me. Now I'm trying to communicate with them but their service is poor and not helping at all.....

All Don't buy any Cars from Car world. I have bought a Car in June 2021with 6000km on the clock by them 10 months later started with severe mechanical damage. With further investigation both Suzuki SA and Netbank confirmed that the car was indeed written off! But worst of all Netbank Refinanced a written off car and all proof on their own System! Management rude! No communication when problems occur!

All Don't buy any Cars from Car world. I have bought a Car in June 2021with 6000km on the clock by them 10 months later started with severe mechanical damage. Bought a Suzuki Vitara 2019 model from Car world June 2021. With only 6000km on the car. Car came out without service plane, reason being car only had one owner hence the time for the first service ran out, service plan was cancelled with my knowledge. No Problem I took responsibility to take out a motor plan with purchasing the car. Not even 1 year later 20000 km later. The car broke down! Side shaft broke in 2. Me en and my husband was pulling away from a robot then nothing was happening! With further investigation when my Car was at the Mechanic workshop they and my husband found out the car was in an Accident! Called Suzuki SA and with my suspicions they on black and white confirmed the car was a written off! But on my car Registration it states Code 2!!!! Should be registered as Code 3!!! Me and my husband both work for a Car manufacturing plant, my husband builds cars now already for over 10 years! We both qualified millwrights we know how mechanical parts work! We went in to the dealership to discuss the matter! The one lady was so rude and sarcastic towards my husband! Not professional at all! Send emails regarding the matter no reply! Guys be aware of this dealership!!! Not trust worthy! Make sure before you even step into the dealership regarding the possible vehicle you want to buy! I did not agree to buy a second hand car that was written off! I have no idee wat possibly can be wrong with this car! Feel so unsafe just by driving this car! Only transportation for now!
