I did an upgrade in May and the consultant who was assisting us said at the end of May they will debit the old installment and only end of June will our upgrade installment. End May the installment goes off and after a few days I get an sms that my name has been handed over to lawyers for a collection of R1558. My hubby went to the store and he was told the billing system is behind all will be sorted. After a few days again the sms started coming again that I have been handed over. I called their billing department and they couldn't find my profile. End of June the debit order went off and I am still getting sms that my account has been listed. I am getting no assistance from the store. My name is now listed yet the debit order goes off every month. Such bad service.
I had a service plan with Motovantage and they have been helping with my service. I called them because my plan was expiring and they said they will extend my plan. I take my vehicle in for service and they tell me my plan is expired however they are debiting my account since my last plan. How can my policy be expired yet they are debiting my account. I need my refund, my vehicle hasn't been serviced I need to pay cash. Bad service.
Spar had a special on freedom day you buy 2 18 tissues for R198 and you get 1 18 pack for free. I ordered from Spar The Wedge and they said they approved my order and when I called they said they don't have stock. They then called and said Can I please give them time until they get stock. I waited a week , they got stock but my order wasn't processed. I have been calling to get an update because I have to always buy tissue for the house. On Friday (Manager Landiwe) they call and tell me they will substitute my tissues with another brand so I agree and nothing is delivered. Yesterday they call and say the driver is coming, The driver then calls me at 6pm and I tell him im home and he says he is on his way. At 7pm I call him and he says his battery died so he went back to the store. When I call the store the manager says the driver said he called me but my phone wasn't ringing. I insist that I want my tissues because I have lost money busy buying tissues every week and I have been patient with them , the manager apologizes and I hung up. At 8pm the driver calls and he is outside to deliver my tissues. The tissues they gave me are R84 and R84 times 3 is R250 which is the price I paid for the 2 tissues, meaning the third pack is not free I actually paid for the 3rd pack. Spar The Wedge are ******. I bought the tissues on special but now the replacement of tissues is way cheaper than the initial brand that was on special. I have been ******. Beware of these specials if they substitute your special they rob you.
I had a very good experience with Avis customer care but now I am having trouble getting my refundable deposit. I took the vehicle back on the 15th March and I still havent recieved my deposit. Someone called me and asked for my banking details I gave it to her. I still didn't receive my money. I received a SMS last week to to send my banking details again I did and still nothing happened. Yesterday I call Avis and I am told that they had a system glitch and payments didn't go through. This morning I get a notification on my phone that an amount of R225 has been paid to me instead of R2500. No one has called to explain to me. Does it take a month to receive a refund. I'm disappointed.
My vehicle went for repairs and I got a rental vehicle. The vehicle had alot of scratches and when I took it back they called to say there was a new scratch which I wasn't aware of. I was ready to pay the damage amount but Paulos called me and told me he is investigating, that was on Thursday and yesterday he sends me an email and says because the car had a lot of scratches its unfair to make me pay. SO Avis will be liable to fix the vehicle. Thank you Paulous you are very professional, you kept me in the loop about everything.
I took my vehicle in for repairs on the 14th February, Car world kept giving me updates on the repair with my car, which is very nice to know how far they are with the vehicle. I fetched my vehicle yesterday (red polo) I was so happy couldn't believe great job done on the vehicle it looks brand new. The guy who assisted me went through what they repaired and showed me everything they did. The staff is very friendly from the receptionist to the janitor. Thank you Carworld. You guys rock.
I got into an accident in January and called Momentum to lodge a claim, the following day I was sent for assessment and my claim was approved. Thank you Lerato from Claims she was a great help. Momentum is the best. My vehicle is back from repairs and it looks brand new.
I would love to give a shout out to Lerato Motsoko. She attended to my claim very efficiently. I called in the morning and and I was told Zinhle or Precious will call me and now one has called me till now. I called again and Lerato assisted me. I was in distress because of my car but after talking to her I calmed down. Thank you Lerato.
I arrived there at 10:30 for a bank statement I only left there at 12. I was number 2 but they kept helping people who came after me without even informing me why. One of the consultants there Pozana has a bad attitude she helps people without even asking who came first.
I flew with them this morning I must say the cabin crew is so friendly and helpful. A big shoutout to Wayne and I think her name is Fani they went the extra mile to assist us. I hope I fly Khulula again going back to Johannesburg. The experience was great.
