Overall positive experience on Carbonite

I have been active on Carbonite for approximately 2 years. I have also made a few sales as well as bought some items from other individuals and a few resellers in this time. ONE ASPECT OF KEY IMPORTANCE is to ensure the individual/s you are interacting with have a good positive rating - I would even stress avoiding any folk with a NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE rating whatsoever. Above that point, if you are dealing with someone who has NO RATING or a very LOW RATING ask who can vouch for them. People are people, and some of those will try to have you pay money for something that probably never existed in the first place. Get photos, and with tech, performance metrics. Have the person's cell phone number and address before sending $$$'s. I sometimes even check to see if the individual sends posts and what feedback they get through iTrader, too.
