Recently purchase a vehicle from Cardeal and bike. It was a very pleasant experience. I was helped in a very professional manner from both Marco and Charmain who kept me up to date every step of the way and arranged delivery of the vehicle for me even though it was about 150km away from the dealership.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with Marco - we picked up a problem with the vehicle i purchased whilst on the test drive and another on my way home from their showroom which he said he would rectify and SURPRISE SURPRISE THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!

I bought a luxury vehicle from Marco (owner) and during the test drive the computer showed a problem with the lights. When we returned the problem didn't show again but he said to keep an eye on it and have it looked at if it returned. Driving back from Umhlanga to Mpumalanga not only did the light problem return but the passenger door continually popped open - i informed him immediately. Long story short i booked the vehicle in with the dealer for a complete check and R27000 later my "immaculate" vehicle is finally immaculate. I asked Cardeal to "assist" with some form or reimbur*****t and have been given the runaround followed by the proverbial finger. Absolute **** and now time for lawyers i guess!!!

This client is a blatant liar. we at no stage said that we wanted to do a false claim on the warranty. We said that he must claim all further problems from his warranty within the terms and conditions of that warranty as we had been exhausted by him trying to make a second hand vehicle brand new at our expense.<br> We tried in vain to keep him satisfied by doing all that he requested eg. fix a scratch on window tinting,spray various panels ,give him a spare key, replace all brake pads which were perfect just because he wanted it etc etc..etc.. after doing all this and two months later and unknown km driven his window switch packed up . Nobody gives a free maintenace plan with a second hand vehicle.<br> We will be taking legal action against his false accusations for defamation of our company.

This client is a blatant liar. we at no stage said that we wanted to do a false claim on the warranty. I Naazim ally purchased a 2008 Ford territory from CARDEALS AND BIKES in umhlanga ridge.pickrd up a few faults on vehicle in formed salesman Claude.he happily agreed to get it sorted.Signed the deal.vehicle was ready to be delivered.i fetched it and noticed the as light is on dash.iformed him before taking delivery of vehicles made appointment with him to get it fixed.He took vehicle on 3 different occasions and still didn't get it fixed.i took vehicle to Kempster ford cmh at umhlanga for a diagnostic report.Fault was found.i faxed a copy of fault quote to Claude.I asked Claude to tell me where he took my vehicle to get it fixed.he refuses to tel me.Vehicle came bak wid window switch nt functioning properly .claude told me that he will use my warranty to fix vehicle called warranty company and it is not coverd in the warranty.i informed claude who then suggested he will create a fault so the warranty company will pay. that is fraud.i did not approve of him doing it.they now refuse to fix vehicle.i just want people to be vigilant with used car dealers.All smiles and talk bt donot deliver.i am currently talking to my attorney to resolve this issue.
