trying to contact the collections department so that i can make payment and reactivate my account, each time I try to call the call centre they drop my call when it is meant to be sent to operator
A claim was logged with my insurance company on the 4 April 2023 after having experienced damaged on property on 3 April 2023 causes by a severe storm. Digicall was assigned my case to be the assessor. They inturn assigned one of their companies to come do an assessment on the electrical damage incurred, an appointment was made and this was not kept by them, 2 hours after the scheduled appointment they phoned with excuses as to why they couldn't come. Then there was a structural engineer assigned to come and look at the structural damage, he phoned me on a 26 of April to make a booking for the same day but I was not available for that day, I asked him to rather make it for the 28 April, he said he wasn't available but someone from his company would phone me and make.an appointment - I'm still waiting for this to happen. I then received a call on 2 May for an electrician to do an inspection, he was the only person to stick to his appointment. I then queried with my insurance what the progress is with regards to my claim, then sent me a message from digicall call that said the repairs had been done to my property on the 28 April and that I wasn't available to sign off the documentation, thus is untrue as no repairs have been authorised or completed, I have informed my insurance of this, I have also informed my insurance that I will not take calls from digicall due to their complete sub par service and blatent lies, I don't know how they can still.be contracted to the various insurance companies with this work ethic, I have also emailed a person by the name of Daniel Michael at digicall informing him that I will not take calls from them, I also told them this verbally on the phone when they called me 4th May 2023, it is now sitting at over 5 weeks and am still awaiting for the assessor to complete a proper assessment of the damages
Received excellent fast service, placed my order on Saturday and took delivery of all the items on Tuesday
I placed an order with beerlab, when my order arrived I checked the items and found that some of my order was missing, I have since sent 4 emails and have received no communication back from beerlab with regards to the missing items in my order, I have tried to call the number and it just rings without being answered

I received my item packaged very well and secure and was a speedily delivery and well priced. Ecohub also upgraded my item to the newer spec one free of charge. thank you for the excellent service received.
Waiting for over a month to have my unit removed/transferred from old vehicle that has been sold to my new vehicle. Due to lack of service and being able to provide me with the service I am paying for please arrange to have the tracker units removed from my both my vehicles and cancel the contracts, if the units are not removed with in 7 days I will have them remove by an independent installation provider at you cost. I NO LONGER WILL USE YOUR PRODUCT AS YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT I AM PAYING FOR AND THEREFOR YOU ARE IN BREACH OF MY CONTRACT THAT I HAVE WITH YOU
Don’t make use of this company, company owner/ director named Jonothan Clive Stephenson is a fraudster, he takes your money and doesn’t deliver the service promised, do a search for “we drill africa” and “solar bay” or even just search his name on google and you find poor reviews and judgements against him, after paying him a deposit over a year ago to have a solar system install I am still waiting for it, all you get is excuses and empty promises from him. Stay as far away from doing any business with as is possible
Very bad experience received from solar bay. Contact Jonathan from solar bay early in September and arranged for my solar system to be install within 3 weeks, I paid out the deposit and waited, after receiving the run around and excuse after excuse I requested a refund of the deposit in December 2020, I received a promise that it would be paid the next week then the excuses started again, the last communication I have had with Jonathan was on 31 March 2021 where again he has promised to pay back the money owed to me, till today I still have not seen either the solar panels or invertors or any of my money back, I would advise people to stay clear of him and any business he has, I am now having to resort to go the legal route to try and recoup some of my money
Recently purchase a vehicle from Cardeal and bike. It was a very pleasant experience. I was helped in a very professional manner from both Marco and Charmain who kept me up to date every step of the way and arranged delivery of the vehicle for me even though it was about 150km away from the dealership.
Very poor customer service, I have purchased a vehicle and need a tracker to be fitted for insurance purposes. The required documentation was filled in and emailed to Netstar on 21 October 2020 which has all the necessary details for the address of the vehicle that needs the fitment, up to date the unit still has not been fitted!! It shouldn’t be so difficult to arrange a fitment of a tracker unit especially seeing as I currently have tracker units installed with Netstar on my other vehicles. My Insurance has stated that they will not cover my vehicle for theft as there is still no tracker fitted. The Richards bay branch does not answer phone calls or emails. We have received a call from a fitment center on the south coast twice now to do the fitment but then then they say oh no they don’t cover the north coast area of KZN for fitment. I would like to know when will the fitment take place or should I rather cancel all tracking units I have with Netstar and move over to a different service provider?v
