Fraudster Alert
I'll add my voice to the many out there who have dealt with Hello Solar. Total scam artist. Do not deal with them. Hopefully our criminal justice system can convert one of the many open cases against him into a conviction involving jail time.

Serial Fraudster at Hello Solar
It is to my great financial loss I did not find HelloPeter before that of Hello Solar. I would never have done business with them on that basis. Jonathan Clive Stephenson is a serial fraudster who takes your money and does not deliver. I have a case number at the SAP and I am asking any other people who have done the same thing to please let me have their case numbers so we can have this cretin locked up. stevendhh57@gmail.com or cell 0798679350

Beware of the fraudster/thief
Don’t make use of this company, company owner/ director named Jonothan Clive Stephenson is a fraudster, he takes your money and doesn’t deliver the service promised, do a search for “we drill africa” and “solar bay” or even just search his name on google and you find poor reviews and judgements against him, after paying him a deposit over a year ago to have a solar system install I am still waiting for it, all you get is excuses and empty promises from him. Stay as far away from doing any business with as is possible

Avoid Hello Solar / Jonathan Stephenson!
This is the same owner as Solar Bay which you find numerous complaints and no positive feedback on. More than a year later my installation is still not complete with continuous empty promises. Jonathan Stephenson is a compulsive liar and fraudster. He was even featured on Carte Blanche and contradicts himself there.

This is the same owner as Solar Bay which you find numerous complaints and no positive feedback on. More than a year later my installation is still not complete with continuous empty promises. Jonathan Stephenson is a compulsive liar and fraudster. He was even featured on Carte Blanche and contradicts himself there.

Beware this business, owner has history of taking lots of money and never delivering
Deal with this business at your peril. The ultimate Director behind this company is Jonathan Clive Stephenson (run a search on the VAT number given on their quotes). Mr Stephenson has multiple failed businesses, most recently on Hellopeter you will see he ran a drilling business "We Drill" that took money from lots of people and never delivered (including me). Thereafter he moved onto doing solar systems, on Hellopeter you can see Solar Bay did the same thing. He has many legal judgements against him and his companies for debt (house has been claimed by bank) and there are criminal cases filed against him too. Easily more than R2m between water and solar businesses alone that he's taken and not delivered.
