Fraudulent Business Practise
They do NOT make the Refunds for goods which were not delivered. This is a FRAUD - I have been waiting since the 26th July 2022 when they received my Banking Details as requested. I have had 2 follow up emails after the Auto generated reply saying "please allow us to take this up with our Finance Team". They have clearly departed and so has my money?

SecurityMate 7” Video Entry Phone system flaw
Trying to contact Gentech on both the website emails addresses provided NO RESPONSE in trying to resolve a problem with a SecurityMate 7” Video Entry Phone system. I managed to get a 3rd party to establish what the problem is and any prospective purchaser should have regard for the limitation in this product. Simply put the issue is that the power provided from the console to operate the Electric Lock is very low and if you use a better quality lock it needs more power to operate so then it does NOT work. I now have a system that only has the Video feature but no lock which has to be operated manually.

Goods paid not delivered then no Refund as promised several times
Complaints are auto answered by email "thanking you for your purchase" as there does not appear to be any other contact info available? Initial order placed on the 17/02/2022 followed by several emails enquiring when delivery will take place. By 26/07/2022 they agreed to refund me the money. Follow ups on 31/08/2022 and again on 07/09/2022 and finally on 21/09/2022 have still not been received despite providing the requested Bank details TWICE. Caveat Emptor!

Serial Fraudster at Hello Solar
It is to my great financial loss I did not find HelloPeter before that of Hello Solar. I would never have done business with them on that basis. Jonathan Clive Stephenson is a serial fraudster who takes your money and does not deliver.
