Avoid Hello Solar / Jonathan Stephenson!
This is the same owner as Solar Bay which you find numerous complaints and no positive feedback on. More than a year later my installation is still not complete with continuous empty promises. Jonathan Stephenson is a compulsive liar and fraudster. He was even featured on Carte Blanche and contradicts himself there.

Solar Bay - Jonathan Stephenson - Beware!
I have experienced not just terrible service from Jonathan Stephenson, but been outright lied to and scammed. It unfortunately has got to the point where I have had to lay criminal charges of fraud again Jonathan personally. My solar solution was supposed to be installed in August 2020 and started of well, so I thought. The panels were put up, nut as soon as my second deposit was paid for inverter and batteries the games started. After 19 missed installation dates and inverter and batteries not being delivered with exceptionally poor communication throughout I requested a refund. Numerous promises were made regarding refunding my deposit, all of which were never fulfilled even partially. I also subsequently found out that the incorrect solar panels were supplied with no communication supporting this. I was supposed to receive 12x380w panels but instead 14x 310w panels were supplied. While it is not major in the scheme of things I still have 5% less solar panel capacity as a result without any communication or consent. My perception as a customer is that all of Jonathan Stephenson's constant excuses were blatant lies and just procrastination tactics. I am now in the position of having to deal with a criminal case of fraud, have no working solar solution and the incorrect solar panels on my roof.
