Items missing in order and no communication
I placed an order with beerlab, when my order arrived I checked the items and found that some of my order was missing, I have since sent 4 emails and have received no communication back from beerlab with regards to the missing items in my order, I have tried to call the number and it just rings without being answered

Excellent service
I ordered a variety of items and when it arrived one was missing. I emailed them (after 5pm) and the missing item was delivered the next day. You just don't get service like that in SA! I am a frequent customer here and now you see why.

Ordered on a Friday 7 August, the day before the long weekend. Beerlab kept me informed with daily emails until delivery by the courier on Thursday 13 August. Great product, great courier delivery and overall great service. Look forward to buying from them again.

[URL Removed] with poor business ethics.
I ordered a Coopers DIY beer kit on 6 March 2015 around 14:30 for R1200, and ordered another \Irish Stout"mix as well. This totaled R1440. I had to pay delivery charges of R130 as well. The only payment methods available is EFT or payment when collecting. The owners account is an FNB account"
