Promises not kept
I signed up with CT Capital Management after a consultant assured me that there is a 100% money back guarantee. I spoke to two other persons, Wimpie and Marius, who both assured me that if I was not satisfied, I would get my money back. When I cancelled my contract, they gave me a report stating that I was not active enough on the simulation program. Their attitude also changed dramatically. Wimpie even put the phone down in my ear! When I ask them to give me a written confirmation that my debit order was stopped by them, they told me that they can only receive emails and are unable to send emails out. They don't have any fax lines either! How is this possible? I wish I never listened to them. I'm now R22,000 poorer. <br> Please read the fine print before entering into business with CT Capital.
