Failing to contact within 48 hours to activate
Hi,<br> <br> When I applied for my FNB Business Online Banking, the final step says a representative will call within 48 hours to finalize the application. I've not had this call at all within the said time, neither had the admin representative on our account. Some lady called after 96 hours, but the call dropped and she didn't bother to call back to finalize the activation.<br> <br> Your reputation for \Registering a Business with FNB"is taking a knock. You can't aim to make starting a business easier"

I ordered a Coopers DIY beer kit on 6 March 2015 around 14:30 for R1200, and ordered another \Irish Stout"mix as well. This totaled R1440. I had to pay delivery charges of R130 as well. The only payment methods available is EFT or payment when collecting. The owners account is an FNB account"

Useless company and their upgrades department
I did an online upgrade to the new Sony Experia Z3 \online special"with next-day-delivery. To date i still haven't received the phone. When i called your useless upgrades department i was told there was some fraudulent activity picked up during my upgrade and i have to wait until your k@k RAM couriers deliver it only next week. I absolutely hate you for being the bullsh1t company that you are. Never deliver on what you advertise and only do things when it suites you. Hated you when i worked for you"
