Staff immediatly picked up I was battling to find long list of items required for my wife. Friendly assistant came from behind dispensary to assist with my list, and personally obtained all the items on the list in the most polite and effcient manner. Sooooo nice to know that there are still chemists that care. You've got my business for sure. THANKYOU

After more than a year, got a pleasant surpise that goods I purchased , had a payment error, and the paymenwas doubled. Orms exceptional honesty and business ethics promted them to adivse me of the error. Many of other businesses would have just ignored the error. from a integuraty point, have never in the past experienced such honestly. Take a bow Orms
I could not believe my eyes to see that Mr D Food are in the same group as Takelot. The online ordering and userfriendiess of their app is downright awesome. From start to finish the communication and delivery notifications are outstanding. The delivery staff are extremely pleasant and end the transaction on a high. If only takelot could take some tips from Mr D in regards to customer service.
Why dont you have zero star rating..... Received incorrectly barcoded and described item from takelot, which at that point was still aceptable, as we all ***** up from time to time. The hassle comes in the teadiness, red tape intensive return/exchange process. Absolutey no verbal commination takes place, with the result, numorous emails, sms's go back and forth as you get bounced around from department to department. Further to this, the personal responsable for these emails virtually blasformously accuse you as being at fault for both, receiving the incorrect goods, and for not following their teadious returns policy. takelot blatantly refuse to admitto their errors. The statement 'I did not have *** with that woman' comes to mind. The policy also only allows for the redelivery of the correct items once the return has been concluded. In my mind the two are not connected. The supply of the correct goods surely has no bearing on the return of the incorrect goods. Lastly is the total ignorance of countless requests for managment contact details. What makes kakelot management thing they are untouchable to handle errors and customer complaints. As of this moment I have stops any further dealing with kakelot, and advice others to do so.
parcel ii042953997za landed in Jhb int Hub on the 10th Jan. since then has had a merry trip to Nelspruit, Roodepoort and back to Jhb int hub. I live in Roodepoort, so why the round the country trip? hopefully the next delivery destination is to my door. SA post office is hopeless
Kaklula check in service at Cape Town international less than inadequate. Why have a pre online check in facility to speed up check in, when out of the 10 check in booths, 6 allocated to non online check in, 4 allocated to online check in, of which 1 was closed. As a result the queue for the pre online check in passengers, was twice as long as the non online check in and actually queued outside the designated roped area, and into the air airport corridors. With the chaos, this resulted in not being able to hear any announcements from the extremely rude ground staff as to which flights are being closed for check in or not. As a result by the time My family arrive at the check in booth, check in had already closed for our flight. To add salt into the disorganisation, upon trying to change my flight times, Kaklula wished to charge me a additional R 3600 to change my booking to a later flight. Plus the total disrespect and utter rudeness of the check in staff and supervisor staff is downright despicable. I eventually booked a return flight with Safair at a price of R 3900. Kulula cheap flights is a load of BS. NEVER USING KULULA AGAIN IN MY LIFE.
