Under Promise, Over Deliver
Good product, great price and available for collection earlier than expected. What more could one want. Prompt communication on order received, payment received, order ready for collection. Very friendly lady at reception.

Professional Repair
CMC also trading as Crashfix repaired our Honda H-RV this past week. Paint colour matching and texture is excellent. Loved getting daily WhatsApp messages as the vehicle repair progressed. Staff very friendly and professional. If I need a body shop in future will not hesitate going back to them.

Faultless service and good pricing
The products offered by Firstshop are always competitively priced. Their communication great and they emailed me to say there would be a one day delay in delivery. Courier charges are low. All my purchases from Firstshop to date have been cost effective and service faultless

Gas Delivered
Phoned Simsgas yesterday (Friday) morning to confirm gas in stock. Telephone promptly answered. Placed and paid for my order online and gas delivered just after lunch on Saturday. Excellent service at a competitive price.

Pick n Pay Bracken City **************
Pick n Pay Bracken City. After joining three separate check out queues and asking the cashiers if I could draw cash and being told by each one that they do not have cash I noticed one cashier with an open drawer with a large amount of cash and joined her queue. She also informed me that she had no cash and when I challenged her said she had to keep the cash for their SASSA clients. A supervisor was called who also told me that on the day only SASSA card holders could draw cash. Blatant ************** by Pick n Pay in favouring one group of people over another. A complaint to Pick n Pay was referred to the store and a supervisor phoned me to apologise. Seems the Store Manager had better things to do than handle a complaint by a client of over 30 years. The Store Manager had obviously made a decision and instructed his staff to blatantly lie to the public. Where is the integrity of Pick n Pay Management? As Pick n Pay have already failed in their pitiful business recovery attempt I do not need to be contacted.

Ordered Royal Canin cat food. Good price, no delivery charge. Received two days after order together with a complimentary packet of Biskitty Biscuits. Excellent experience and looking forward to future purchases.

Great Service at Competitive Price
Visited Orbit Batteries in Alrode, Alberton this morning. Great service and a good price on a WIllard Battery. Nice to see a business owner who walks the floor and chats to customers. Recommended.
