By far the worst service I have ever had with an online retailer for pet food. You don't get ANY feedback if you enquire about your order. If they do respond, you are told that the parcel will either be shipped the next day or your order will be delivered today, neither of which has happened. You don't get a waybill number or the name of the courier to track your order. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!! They are very unprofessional.

If I could give zero starts I could. Same story, different ****med customer. I wish I read reviews, before I supported this "business". Their basic MO seems to be offering products that are not in stock and that can not be procured anymore. Then it takes MONTHS to get a refund processed - if you are lucky! In my case it has now been 3 months of broken promises and I am still out of pocket. I communicated with the owner on WhatsApp and have been repeatedly promised that I would get my refund "immediately" and "by the next business day". At what point can I start calling this theft?! Guess I will find out now as I am handing this over to lawyers, as I am fed up and desperate. FOR GOD SAKE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

My experience with PetGeez was very bad. I placed an order and it reflected on their order tracking portal as ‘currently processing’ for 6 months! Eventually I asked them to fulfil my order immediately or refund (R1674). They said they didn’t have stock so I asked for a refund. They said they would. But it took 3 different attempts over almost a month to do the refund. The first one ‘bounced’ and I had to get in touch with PetGeez’s bank Bidvest, the second one didn’t come through either then finally the third one did. I’ve never not been able to transfer money between banks before – something very much does not seem normal. I was always the one following up. Allowing a customers order to sit ‘processing’ for 6 months without taking action is very strange. I don’t think this company is serious.

Terrible experience with PetGeez. Placed an order on Oct 30 2024. Their website order tracking portal shows the order is 'currently processing' - FOR SIX MONTHS?! No communications with the customer? I don't know if they're a **** or just thoroughly disorganised. The order tracking system seems quite honest, and they have a lot of advertising on google where they pay for every lead/click - but surely your goal is to fulfil customer orders quickly and gain repeat business? You go to all the expense to gain a new lead and a new customer and you chase them away by not fulfilling orders! Or are you a **** and you just take one order where you can and run away with the money? I look forward to hearing from you. Since you've already had 6 months to complete this order I expect this resolved by the end of this week - order at my doorstep or refund IN my account - none of the run-around I see here on your reviews where you promise refunds and months later haven't given them. Action please. Order # 16299. Value R1674.

I placed and paid for order of Dogfood and uptill now it shows as processing on their website. I have not received email confirmation and their only contact (which should have been red flag that I missed) is wattsap and they are not responding.

I just received my order with a little surprise - the fluffies all say thank you for the unexpected treats. I would definitely buy from PetGeez again - the prices are good, a great product selection and good service.

I ordered my Ume dog food twice before and both times I received it on time. I am honestly happy. The pricing is great, and the professionalism is honestly the best. I highly recommend Petgeez to any and every pet owner.
