ZERO Customer Service
Absolutely zero customer service. Two WhatsApp groups which only run on a bot. Impossible to get through telephonically and when you do get through, you get a message to say that they are "too busy, please phone back later". This is incompetence beyond believable.

Most useless *********** courier company in South Africa.
This must be the most useless *********** courier company in South Africa. How do you phone someone at 11:20 on a Saturday and say the driver is on his way and then you don't deliver and next thing, 14:49, I get a message to say the package has been returned to the depot!!! My whole entire Saturday destroyed.

Service that goes way above the rest
If I could give you 10 stars for service, I would definitely do so. Your service is absolutely amazing. It takes me longer to place an order and open the package than what it takes for you to process, pack and courier from Durban to Johannesburg. All I can say is "Wow, thank you". Please keep it up.

Great service from Fines SA.
Thank you for your service and for helping me get registered on your system. Imagine my shock when I found out that there are fines dating back to 2019, which I was never notified about. I was not the driver of the vehicle and the vehicle was sold about 2 years ago already. As far as I am concerned, these fines are all prescribed so the government can literally stand on their head and whistle Sarie Marais through their big toe if they want the money!!

Decofurn products and service
I have now made 2 online purchases from Decofurn. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of their products and with their delivery team. I assembled ALL items myself even though they give you the option to have the items assembled on site. The instructions are easy enough to follow. The pieces are precision made and fit together nicely. Well done guys. Thank you.
