By far the worst service I have ever had with an online retailer for pet food. You don't get ANY feedback if you enquire about your order. If they do respond, you are told that the parcel will either be shipped the next day or your order will be delivered today, neither of which has happened. You don't get a waybill number or the name of the courier to track your order. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!! They are very unprofessional.
I have been struggling for the past 3 days for Vodacom to sort out my fibre. It is ridiculous that the turnaround time is 48 hours where the local ISP will sort out your query immediately. I am working from home and due to Vodacom's incompetence to sort out my problem, I am losing income everyday that I cannot work.
A fibre line was installed in my home in last year. I received my router round about July 2022 and requested on 27 January 2023 for the router to be activated. Since then Vodacom could net give me a direct answer why my router has not been activated yet. I have been speaking to a lady by the name of Cindy at the Fibre Support department. Since I phoned on the 27th of January 2023, Cindy has phoned me almost every day until last week Thursday to enquire if I have received any feedback and then I said no and then she said she will follow up and come back to me. The next day the same thing happens again and thereafter again and again. All of a sudden I received an e-mail this morning from Vodacom for a new sales order and now it seems like they are sending another router to myself. I am very disappointed in Vodacom’s customer service and have been with them for a very long time. I am at the point to start looking for another service provider for fibre at my home.
I did an online upgrade on my Vodacom contract on 22 November 2019. On 28 November 2019 I received a sms stating my order is with the couriers and I should expect delivery within 72 hours. Vodacom only supplied me with an order nr and no waybill number. Since Tuesday afternoon I have been enquiring from RAM online as to where my parcel is. Every time one of their agents tell me my parcel will be delivered the next day. Wednesday afternoon I enquired again and was told AGAIN that my parcel will be delivered the next day. This morning (5/12) I enquired again and was told AGAIN that my parcel will be delivered the next day. I have NEVER waited this long to receive my order from Vodacom. When you do online upgrade they specifically states that it is next day delivery. This is very bad service from RAM Couriers side.
Have been battling since 21/08/2018 with the call centre to remove a block from my credit card. I have sent them the necessary documentation twice / three times already, but still the block has not been removed.
I was buying a vehicle that was advertised on Automart.The seller, Mr Walter Parsons from the UK, e-mailed me all the details.He told me he's making use of Gumtree to act as middle man cause he's residing in the UK at the moment & to make the transaction legit.I had to make the payment by Moneygram & then sent the proof to Gumtree.Thereafter they would inform the seller & the seller would proceed to make arrangements for the delivery of the vehicle to my home.As soon as I receive the vehicle and I'm happy, I must inform Gumtree & they will give the seller the Moneygram Ref Nr to collect the payment at an agent in the UK. After I made payment & Gumtree confirmed it, I e-mailed the seller to find out when delivery will be done to make arrangements to be at home, but was informed that he can't sell the vehicle to me anymore for R30000, he now wants R45000 & I have to pay another R15000 before the vehicle will be delivered.I immediately informed Gumtree & the seller that I want to cancel the sale & according to the purchase agreement that I received from Gumtree & the seller, I must be refunded within 24 hours max. Now Gumtree refuses and says I must wait 7 years for my refund.
