3 Months of broken promises and lies!
If I could give zero starts I could. Same story, different ****med customer. I wish I read reviews, before I supported this "business". Their basic MO seems to be offering products that are not in stock and that can not be procured anymore. Then it takes MONTHS to get a refund processed - if you are lucky! In my case it has now been 3 months of broken promises and I am still out of pocket. I communicated with the owner on WhatsApp and have been repeatedly promised that I would get my refund "immediately" and "by the next business day". At what point can I start calling this theft?! Guess I will find out now as I am handing this over to lawyers, as I am fed up and desperate. FOR GOD SAKE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

Give credit where it is due. Gabriel Maake (service consultant) surely deserves a mention and \thank you\" for the great service I experienced. I needed to make changes to my car insurance policy. I was helped promptly and professionally. No time was wasted and he managed to be friendly and crack the occasional joke.
