Excellent!
Excellent assistance and service - fast delivery! Got in contact with them via WhatsApp to confirm if battery that I checked on their website was the same one I required, they answered in minutes. Placed the order, got feedback about delivery all the way - 2 days got my item delivered. What a pleasure!

Good product, great price and available for collection earlier than expected. What more could one want. Prompt communication on order received, payment received, order ready for collection. Very friendly lady at reception.

Just awesome is all I have to say. I am electrician and order online alot, if you want quick service use these guys, ordered Wednesday and my delivery arrived friday.. might not be a big deal to many but I live next to the kruger national park...

Good clean experiance!
Just a clean good solid experiance buying for my first time from Romtech. I have been buying online for years now and mostly PC stuff and this being my first experiance with a new online webstore has been excellent so far! So I by mistake allocated the incorrect item to be put in my cart and made payment realizing this afterwards. So before it shipped I got hold of the sales department telephonically and they gave me instructions for emailing my query. Long story short I had a full refund back into my account before the end of the day! Now where do you get service like that nowadays? Well done Romtech & staff, keep up the high quality of service...
