Pathetic
I placed an order on the 18th October 2019 and paid for it on the 18th October 2019. Still have not received my order, after many attempts to get hold of them they replied two weeks ago saying they were going to receive my order within that week and would send it to me, I still have not received my order, this is pathetic, no follow up from them and mails thereafter are ignored!

Worst service I have ever experienced from an online store.
Worst experience of my life. This company should not operate. They are non responsive to orders directly from their website. Its taken 4 months for me to go through the order and return process, I still do not have the ring I purchased. They refuse to give a refund and accepted my returned item only to ignore all correspondence from me trying to arrange for the new item. I have now resorted to reporting them to the Consumer Protection Ombud.
