I am tired of writing to Multichoice to resolve my problem or to cancel my dstv for ever now they said me the message saying I am owing them *Your account balance: *R3375.44 Your Customer Number is: 108105900 while my dstv since August was not playing and I did request them to cancel all my dstv and I received the statement saying I am owing R500 now I am surprise that I am owing 3375.43 I was on complacrt plus how cone I an owing so much money because my services the where stop on the 30 of July and I did call the to cancel all my dstv. VERY POOR DSTV SERVICE IS VERY POOR I spoke to Monene this morning and I want to cancel the dstv she told me that she will go true my account and call me since in the morning until now she never call me. I am compact plus since I took the compact plus I am paying more money and the money I am paying is for full dstv like now the cut my dstv I did check on they WhatsApp on the first show me that I have to pay R490 I did make the payment on the second today when I wake up my dstv I not playing I am sick and tired of multichoice I want them to cancel my dstv with immediate effect I am disabled in a wheelchair and I have to spend more that R200 airtime to call multichoice no one is helping me they keep on telling me that someone will call me ask when that person will call me. I gave my number to MONENE and also I spoke to Patathi she treat me very bad. I need someone to contact me very urgent. No one from Multichoice did contact me until today and my 3 decoder still not playing. The last person I spoke to promised to sent me all my statements until now he never sent it last night I went to Multichoice what's app they say I am owing R1485. 09 while I am not on full dstv I am on compact plus they can't tell me that I am owing that money while my 3 decoder are not playing. Good Day, I am not happy because you guys didn't provide me with the right contract for the R24 526.74. You are giving the same contract that I have for the money that was transferred to my bank account.That shows that some did a fraud when i was applying that why the person did want me to read the contract. On the 13 March 2021 I receive the sms to call Cheri Foxcroft I did call on the 14 March 2021 until today I never get hold of her I left so many message she never call me. The person who was helping me that time when I apply the loan i ask if i can ready the contract before i sign he/she told me not to worry everything is fine he/ she open the page where to sign. Good Day, I have spoke to Sinako Nkiga and she advise me that my dstv up to date I don't owe anything and also I did receive the email say that my account is up to date but yesterday the switch of my dstv . The reference number that I gave by is Sinako is 108105900. I need someone to contact me today is very urgent my number : 081 301 5457. I want my dstv to be connected asap.
I have the complain I did pay my dstv on the 28/09/2020 the amount that they told me to pay in full today they cut my dstv they say I am owing R599 and I am on price lock when I take the price lock they told me that I will be paying R790. Now everymonth the money is more is not they way they told me. All I want is multichoice come the take they decoder for price lock. I am not working I can be busy using my multichoice keep on charge me money that I don't know. I am my dstv to be reconnect today not tomorrow today because I am not owing at thing.
