Absolutely DISGUSTING service from Carello Auto. It is mid-April and I am still waiting on hail damage to be fixed SINCE NOVEMBER 2023.
When taking my car in for the initial assessment, I was instructed to leave my vehicle, instead of bringing it back in once the parts had arrived. It sat UNTOUCHED for 1 MONTH. As my vehicle hire (as part of my insurance) expired, I insisted on collecting my vehicle until such time that the parts arrived.
The parts arrived at the END of FEBRUARY. As they have promised me a courtesy car for the inconvenience and poor management of the situation when assessing my vehicle, they have been unable to confirm a booking for my vehicle to be attended to. It is now MID APRIL and I still don't have a date.
Every time I follow up with them (because they couldn't be asked to keep me informed), I am told another story. Just this morning I was told I would have to wait ANOTHER 3 MONTHS as they can't tell me when one of their courtesy vehicles will be available! Seriously. WHAT A JOKE...
Discovery Insure should really reconsider who they select as Service Providers to their insured.
