This hotel in coffee Bay, is renovating at this moment, guests were complain about the building. My clients were booked there and no communication about the building at all. They cancelled the room, ok good move, but now I am waiting, and waiting and waiting to get the payed money back. After several emails about this, no result at all. Shame at you, i had to pay with the booking at the sport. Now you have to refund me, and nothing. This is very bad business practice. So this is a huge complaint to you again.
