On the 9 May I booked at Oceanic view hotel. I fully paid R936. 75. My booking was unconfirmed after paying.Booking. Com promised to make a refund. Until today I haven't got my money I used booking. Com to book

This hotel in coffee Bay, is renovating at this moment, guests were complain about the building. My clients were booked there and no communication about the building at all. They cancelled the room, ok good move, but now I am waiting, and waiting and waiting to get the payed money back. After several emails about this, no result at all. Shame at you, i had to pay with the booking at the sport. Now you have to refund me, and nothing. This is very bad business practice. So this is a huge complaint to you again.

This hotel in coffee Bay, is renovating at this moment, guests were complain about the building. My clients were booked there and no communication about the building at all. They cancelled the room, ok good move, but now I am waiting, and waiting and waiting to get the payed money back. After several emails about this, no result at all. Dear OCEAN HOTELS LIMITED I hope you are doing well. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my purchase of shares/investment at OCEN HOTELS LIMITED in 2017. Since my initial investment, I have not received any dividends, which is quite troubling. When I decided to invest, I was informed that the shares would yield regular dividends, and I based my financial planning on this expectation. The lack of dividends over such an extended period raises concerns about the management and performance of the company. I would appreciate a thorough explanation of why dividends have not been issued and any relevant information about the company's current financial status and future dividend distribution plans. I called them today the attitude I received from the guy who was going through my application was not interested in helping me. Thank you for your attention to this matter. My mom brought shares at Ocean Hotel still last year still waiting for her money. When she called she spoke to Brain Mpono and ask her to complete the documents and send it back. She did as she was told she sent back the documents that was requested and Brain told her after two weeks she will get her money. Two weeks pass she decided to call back than Brian said it not his who is answering the phone it someone and ask my mom to she the documents again so he can confirm with Brain so she sent again the documents. He than said my mom my fill in the document again where she didn't write the amount. When my mom tried to call Brain yesterday and today his ignoring her calls and rejecting them. All she need is her money back and now we going to involve lawyers. What you is *****.

I was told at enquiry that if I pay my deposit immediately a great sea view room would be reserved for us. I duly paid my deposit and we looked forward to a great few days away over xmas after what has been a horrible year for everyone. Unfortunately I have been conned and lied to. We arrived to a room with a view of a Milk Tree and the explanation from the manager, Vanitha Moodley, that rooms are allocated on a first arrive, first allocation basis. Simply put, tough luck for arriving 5 minutes later than the family before us. If I had wanted to see a tree for my view I could have stayed at home. Why bother driving 700+km's for a view of a tree. Don't be conned and don't believe anything the staff at ANEW Ocean Reef Hotel in Zinkwazi tell you. Disgusted and disappointed.

On 1 October 2020, l took my partner to Ocean Basket, Blue Route, Tokai, for his birthday. It use to be his favorite place, but after yesterday not anymore. The service was bad and the place was not even busy. There were 6 customers including me and him. We did not get the service that we are use to and the food was not the standard that we are use to from them. When we left he told me that we must rather not come back to them again. Things are not easy but we exspect much better service and food.
