Very angry and upset

My mom brought shares at Ocean Hotel still last year still waiting for her money. When she called she spoke to Brain Mpono and ask her to complete the documents and send it back. She did as she was told she sent back the documents that was requested and Brain told her after two weeks she will get her money. Two weeks pass she decided to call back than Brian said it not his who is answering the phone it someone and ask my mom to she the documents again so he can confirm with Brain so she sent again the documents.
