Afternoon. My name is Johanna Mariëtte Brand. I was admitted on Friday evening, 4 December 2020 via emergency unit, Malomed Gatesville.Del The did a covid swop then. It is Sunday, 6 December 2020 at 18h45. 3 days later, I never received my results yet. Everyone else who came before and after me received the results. This is putting my life at risk.
Applied for an urgent emergency loan, was approved but must pay an attorneys documentaion fee to receive the loan loan. Surely if someone apply for a loan it means that they need money and does not have money.
Disconnected a paid service. We are now 5 days without wifi. Two calls logged no response. Very bad service.
Ordered a ride on 15 Ocober 2020. Fee was deducted from my bank account. Driver picked up another client on my fee. I lost money and other client did not pay.
On 1 October 2020, l took my partner for his birthday treat to Ocean Basket, Blue Route Mall, Tokai. The service was bad, not what we are use to. There were only 6 customers, including me and my partner. Tge food was also not up to standard that we are use to. We will never go there again, that is for sure.
On 1 October 2020, l took my partner to Ocean Basket, Blue Route, Tokai, for his birthday. It use to be his favorite place, but after yesterday not anymore. The service was bad and the place was not even busy. There were 6 customers including me and him. We did not get the service that we are use to and the food was not the standard that we are use to from them. When we left he told me that we must rather not come back to them again. Things are not easy but we exspect much better service and food.
I ordered 4 different pizza pies on Monday, 28 September 2020. We wanted to try it out as it is a new product. It was delivered by Uber Eats. The order arrived and when we were ready to eat it, we discovered it was packed 2 in a brown paper bag and squashed ontop of each other. No indication which is which. I had to brake open each one to see which is which. Must say this was really not good.
The best place to get your medication and goods. All their staff are the best. From security till management. You get quality service from all of the staff. From the time you enter till you exit. All their products are also the best.
Thank you for excellent service. It is heartwarming to see that there are still shops out there, where customers needs are being accomodated and seen to, despite the current circumstances in our country. Thank you Gabeeba Petersen for your assistance.
I signed up on 21 May 2020. Activated the sim. Its still not working. I emailed them on 21 May 2020 and 3 times after that. No help. They deducted a full months instalment from my account. Really bad service.
