Extremely Poor service Medicare Pharmacy Wynberg
I called this morning to place an order for meds to be delivered as I am not well. I placed the order at 8.30. Pharmacist called me back 09.56 to confirm my order. I called back 12.51 as I still did not receive any meds to be told that courier will fetch meds at 14.00 and I should get the meds just after 2 as I am also on the Main Road in Wynberg.I called back at 14.22 as still no meds to be told that the courier only started at 14.00 and they now had to involve a 3rd courier who is on the way with the meds. The pharmacist that assisted me at 8.30 should have told me courier only starting at 14.00 instead mislead me to believe I will gets meds shortly. Had I been informed I would have cancelled and made other arrangements

Disappointed customer
Hi I'm so disappointed coz today I was told by a pharmacist at wynberg pharmacy that for kroko I can put nail polish on my healthy skin around my corn and that wouldn't cause my skin to burn off my toe but the opposite happened I did just that and not even a hour later when I removed the plaster because the skin around my toe was burning my skin was peeling off my toe I am so scared because I washed it twice and it's still burning.i am not happy with the lack of knowledge that pharmacist has at the store about products in the store. I usually don't go there often and this is the first time this happened but I think they should be more professional about their job.

Disappointed customer

My wife and I can probably count on one hand the number of times we've jointly been to the pharmacy but each and every single time we've been struck by the warmth and commitment to customer service of every single one of their staff. Special mention though must go to the customer service reps who are just such a pleasure to deal with and consistently go above and beyond to make sure you not only get what you came for but leave with a smile on your face. Each and every one of them genuinely seem to enjoy what they do- and it makes all the difference. It isn't the closest in proximity to us by a longshot but our pleasant experiences keep us going back.

My wife and I can probably count on one hand the number of times we've jointly been to the pharmacy but each and every single time we've been struck by the warmth and commitment to customer service of every single one of their staff. Special mention though must go to the customer service reps who are just such a pleasure to deal with and consistently go above and beyond to make sure you not only get what you came for but leave with a smile on your face. Each and every one of them genuinely seem to enjoy what they do- and it makes all the difference. It isn't the closest in proximity to us by a longshot but our pleasant experiences keep us going back.

Amazing shop
This shop is a godsend. I have just got back from there at 8.30pm on a Sunday night and they had everything I needed, so I had to write a positive review. It's open long hours, it has safe free parking and guards that make sure you are safe walking to and from the shop. So what if some things cost a little more, other things are way cheaper - Lindt chocolate thank you! Their pharmacy can get busy when all the other pharmacies have shut, but they have a system to speed it up as much as possible. Their staff work really hard and long hours, stay (mostly) cheerful. Cannot believe the negative reviews especially from Mrs Dirty Feet alleging racism - they would lose 90% of their business if it were true. Or the customer upset at the long wait when the pharmacy computers crashed. You couldn't go elsewhere could you - coz the other pharmacies were all shut by then. Medicare, you bought a gem here.

Huge range of specialised products
They have a huge range of items. Often things you can't find anywhere else in the Cape. They answer their phone quickly and will go look for an item that you want. They have a huge range of specialist physio products, as well. Very good pharmacy.

Pathetic pharmacy
The first time I went with a script for 15 fentinyl patches. There service was so horrible, it took us almost 3 hours. They only gave me 10 patches saying they can't give more than that. Two days later my doctor emails them a script saying 15 patches, which they accept. For the past month my husband has been WhatsApp 'ing them. Every time they say they don't have stock. Yesterday they tell him they have 10 patches for him. Today they call and say they preparing his order. 30 minutes later they call and say they don't have stock, we must pay R2k then they will only order. This place is a waste of time
