Clicks Online is a disaster (please sack the idiot running this s***show)
Ordered from Clicks Online, to collect in store. Delivery is still not confirmed a week later, then I get an email it was going to be another 6-8 working days. That means 3 weeks in total - if it arrives at all. I phoned customer care to cancel the order and they can't do that. Someone will call me in 2 hours to cancel the order. Nobody did and it's 3 days now. I wrote an email - no reply in 2 days. Checkers can deliver in 60 minutes. Pick N Pay the same day. Takealot in 24 hours for collection. Clicks should stop pretending they can run an online business and give me my money back.

Amazing shop
This shop is a godsend. I have just got back from there at 8.30pm on a Sunday night and they had everything I needed, so I had to write a positive review. It's open long hours, it has safe free parking and guards that make sure you are safe walking to and from the shop. So what if some things cost a little more, other things are way cheaper - Lindt chocolate thank you! Their pharmacy can get busy when all the other pharmacies have shut, but they have a system to speed it up as much as possible. Their staff work really hard and long hours, stay (mostly) cheerful. Cannot believe the negative reviews especially from Mrs Dirty Feet alleging racism - they would lose 90% of their business if it were true. Or the customer upset at the long wait when the pharmacy computers crashed. You couldn't go elsewhere could you - coz the other pharmacies were all shut by then. Medicare, you bought a gem here.

Axxess charge you more for giving cancellation notice
I cancelled my service with Axxess after 3 years - fibre came to my area and Axxess prices WAAAY above other ISPs. So signed up with Cybersmart and went onto my Axxess dashboard to cancel the service, with 30 days notice. Paid my normal amount for the month upfront. They then tell me I have an outstanding amount, and have cut me off on the 4th of the month, even though I paid in full for the month. So if you want to cancel Axxess tell them ONLY on the 23rd of the month as they bill you more for giving them notice. And disable your direct debit!
