I called this morning to place an order for meds to be delivered as I am not well. I placed the order at 8.30. Pharmacist called me back 09.56 to confirm my order. I called back 12.51 as I still did not receive any meds to be told that courier will fetch meds at 14.00 and I should get the meds just after 2 as I am also on the Main Road in Wynberg.I called back at 14.22 as still no meds to be told that the courier only started at 14.00 and they now had to involve a 3rd courier who is on the way with the meds. The pharmacist that assisted me at 8.30 should have told me courier only starting at 14.00 instead mislead me to believe I will gets meds shortly. Had I been informed I would have cancelled and made other arrangements
Good day I purchased a pair of sneakers for my son for his birthday. The customer services assistant that assisted me was Rencia Phillips. I would like to take this opportunity in saying this was by far the most excellent service I received. Throughout the entire process she kept me in the loop with tracking the sneakers, calling me to keep me updated. The last problem I encountered was the sneaker turned out to be small. I emailed her and she efficiently arranged for the sneakers to be picked up on the 09 March 22 and much to my surprise I even received the replacement size today 14 March 22. This was definitely 5 star service. I really hope that Rencia will be acknowledged for her superstar service she gave me. Once again Rencia Phillips thank you for the efficient and excellent service.
