They were amazing
They were amazing. The consultants, no matter their department, were helpful, patient and kind. The were diligent and kept me in the loop at all times

Pain can be managed,but go to the right place
Dr Raff is an anaesthetist. He also treats people with chronic pain. He is very blunt and to the point. He has helped me immensely these past few years. Im so so grateful.

Frustrating and so unnecessarily stressful
I have been under debt review with debtline for over a year now. They were amazing in setting everything up and i felt better about my situation. Last year I received am email saying that they tried contacting me numerous times regarding outstanding documents for the court. No one contacted me about it. I sent the documents via courier as requested. This morning I get an email saying my case was postponed due to the outstanding of the same documents I sent in August already. Now i have 7 days to redo everything. That is difficult for as terminal person who is bed ridden and who's husband works late. Why request stuff to be courierred if reciept is not sent to the client? And then sending accusing emails?

Disastrous healthcare system
a lady collapsed outside elsies river Day hospital while waiting to be seen, earlier this week. So you're sick, no medical aid, unable to see a private doctor, no appointment but you need to see someone for help. So you're expected to wait outside all day ,without a real guarantee whether your number will be called or not. What a disastrous healthcare system.

So so disappointed
Our entire family banks with capitec for years now. For the first time my husband disputed a huge amount that went to a cellphone company. Its been 3 weeks. Every time the money gets put back into his account and then immediately gets deducted again. We requested the money be refunded to my account but this was ignored. As our bank, if we dispute something, with good reason, we expect it to be done. Instead it's been 3 weeks and our children have no food all because this bank cannot process a request correctly. Thanks alot Now our entire family wants to change banks.

Exploiting and unprofessional speed courier service
I recieved a gift from a friend. The gift was sent from France. I was notified when it came into South Africa on 30/03/2021. I was notified to pay customized charges/registration charges of R3000. Then on the 31st they wanted R4500 for money laundry clearence charges(I wasn't aware that my friend put money in the package for me to help with my medical bills, since I am terminal) . In between these notices I am told via WhatsApp that may package will be sent the next day. On the 6th of April I am notified to pay R6500 for cost of conversion and anti money laundering clearence certificate and get told that they will put the money in my account in 24hours and the certificate will be in my package which will be delivered the next day. Then on the 7th of April I get notified that I need to pay R21000 for cost of transfer. This is exploitation. I am the recipient and unemployed and terminal. This company is unprofessional and cruel. I have suffered 2 relapses due to stress over a gift that was sent to me. I don't have R21000. So they'll probably keep my package, my money and the payments of R14000 I have paid so far. This company is horrible.
