I have been trying to enquire about a voucher and have sent three separate emails over a period of time, yet I have received absolutely no response. There is no alternative contact number available, no follow-up, and no way to speak to an actual person. The lack of communication is unprofessional and very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

I have been trying to make a booking for the past three days. I’ve called all the available numbers but received no answer. I emailed and got no reply. I also sent an inquiry through their website, but I have received no response. Additionally, I attempted to call the lounge directly, but there was no answer. I have two Hyperli vouchers and I am trying to use them, but I can't get hold of anyone. This is ridiculous!!!

They advertise hyperli vouchers but postpone and then cancel bookings. They’re such a **** and very unprofessional, the manager sends a sms Shaheeda decides that she doesn’t want the hyperli vouchers in her spa so she uses a sms and does not have the decency to make a phone call.

We purchased a couple spa voucher for the 21st/09 as that was my birthday , and my sister’s birthday, the following day. The booking was confirmed on the 4th/09 however they called us the day before we needed to go to say they’re busy with renovations for the whole month of September. Thereafter we could not get ahold of them telephonically to change our booking dates. Deeply disappointing Now we’re having trouble getting our refund as it was via a 3rd party.

I’ve been coming here for many years . I am always greeted with big smiles and warm greetings.Every now and again a place needs to be refurbished. To describe this place as unclean is most unfair. They are undergoing refurbishment to improve conditions for clients.

Bought the 2hour luxury spa package on Wikideals got 2 vouchers for me and my wife , I called to make a booking for the friday 26th sept for 3pm for the 2hour package .they confirmed booking .at 5pm the same day of making the booking ,I got a call saying that they will be closed for the whole October ! I asked then what about my coupons as it expires in March 2026 and I work out of the country so il be home again in May . She said they will confirm with a email that il be able to still use the coupons . I then called again in to just try my luck in the week and you guys were open . So I again booked but they said il only get a hour session so now I lose out on the 2 hour package which I paid for . We then went for the 1 hour , was very disappointed. I felt like I was more being Rubbed out like a baby instead of being massaged . My wife said she felt 2 scratches on her head and then they said thank you and left . Will never again book here again .

If I had the option to give less than 1 star I would have. I bought a deal on Wikideals, trying to make an appointment was extremely difficult, they just never answer the phone. When we eventually got hold of them, the lady that is handling the booking are *********** and that took quite a while to make the booking. The booking was made 3 weeks in advance and when my wife and I arrived at the Spa on the day of our booking, they were closed. No notification, no apology and now we cannot get hold of them again to enquire what is going on. Now we're stuck with a voucher which was not cheap, it will expire in 3 weeks time and we cannot make a new booking. Completely unacceptable.
