They advertise hyperli vouchers but postpone and then cancel bookings. They’re such a **** and very unprofessional, the manager sends a sms Shaheeda decides that she doesn’t want the hyperli vouchers in her spa so she uses a sms and does not have the decency to make a phone call.
The dischem baby bag is a ****. They claim you get a free baby bag after registering and purchasing for over R1000 but it is just a false money making scheme. I registered, I went to dischem and 2 staff members confirmed it was correct and I could make my purchase , it has been almost 3 months and I have still not received my “free baby bag” , when I contacted the care line they claimed I did not register and then just stopped communicating when I told them that 2 staff members at their store gave me the go ahead and said everything is sorted. Definitely will not be participating in anything again when it comes to Dischem , it’s false advertising or they just hire *********** staff who genuinely know nothing and cannot help either, very disappointing.
Absolutely horrible , I regret taking out a 3 year contract with them. They clearly said that we are allowed to freeze our membership if we are not going to be using it. Now they straight out refused and told me that they are not freezing memberships for April I should freeze it in May. They expect me to pay for a month that I will not be using the gym due to religious reasons and freeze my membership for a month that I will be returning to the gym and I explained that it is for religious purposes but straight out no
I have had the worst experience, I have been trying to contact anyone there to help me with my registration but my calls are being cut , unanswered and not returned. When I request for assistance the ticket is closed without any help whatsoever, I keep receiving sms’s and emails to pay but literally nobody is willing to help me with completing my registration, all this institute care about is money. I would not recommend them to anyone , they are very incompetent and complicated especially for those who work and want to study as well.
I have had the worst experience with Truworths, all communication from them has been misleading and they are still just demanding more and more money without fixing anything , just the false information about instalments coming down.
Absolutely incompetent. I had a horrible experience at the Truworths in Mall of Africa, the manager at the men’s shoe department was so rude , he literally screamed at me and refused to get the right size for my husband and refused to sell him the shoe , I’ve never experienced such rude service at any other Truworths store in Gauteng, KZN, Eastern Cape and Western Cape
Pick n Pay in Kenilworth center is the most unorganized branch. Unhelpful rude and incompetent staff and management. At the busiest times most tills are closed and the open tills do not have any cashier, slow service with carefree staff. I always have the most frustrating experience.
My insurance claim was denied, I then canceled my insurance and suddenly my balance went up and available credit reduced more than R200 when I did not spend on my account!! The call center agents are beyond rude and incompetent and told me I don't understand, it's my fault and the reason the balance went up by R200 was because the insurance was canceled, that makes absolutely no sense! All Mr price ever does is demand money and provide the worst service ever. I am told my account is in arrears when I explained I am recently unemployed and a payment arrangement was "made".
