Purchased a couples spa voucher for our birthdays. All was confirmed with spa until they cancelled last minute Up until now there was no issue w Hyperli. The vouch was purchased the 4/09. We’ve contacted Hyperli 22/09 to advise that the spa cancelled. A week into October after many mailed we received a credit in for of a voucher.. I don’t want this. I purchased a spa for my birthday, the spa cancelled on me. Now I want my money back The initial issue did not lie with Hyperli but I bought the voucher via them and expect them to honour an agreement as the cancellation was made by their merchant partner I feel ****med. This was my first experience and I don’t think there will be a second.
Webaftica has been double billing us for months and then we advised them, they said they cannot see a double billing from their side. (Just shows what a mess their internal procedure is) and asked us for a statement as proof. We did this and they kept of saying it will credit but never did. We then eventually cancelled and we were continued to be billed, this time only the single billing that they could never pick up. My husband went to the bank to CHANGE HIS BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS. That worst part is that there is no number to call. You get through to someone on WhatsApp and have to wait for their response We found out about ISACA served as a middle man and helped us get our money back. The reason for this review is to let people know what we’ve gone through and how to get it sorted. The ordeal was much worst than what you reading as it messed without our working days, having to WhatsApp Webaftica and send them a statement as proof of billing after every debit. At one point Webaftica claimed to have sent the debit and we had to send bank statement as proof that we did not get refunded as they could not prove that they actually refunded us. What a mess. I’m glad I’m done with them. Funny thing is the actually WiFi was never an issue.

We purchased a couple spa voucher for the 21st/09 as that was my birthday , and my sister’s birthday, the following day. The booking was confirmed on the 4th/09 however they called us the day before we needed to go to say they’re busy with renovations for the whole month of September. Thereafter we could not get ahold of them telephonically to change our booking dates. Deeply disappointing Now we’re having trouble getting our refund as it was via a 3rd party.
