I have been trying to make a booking for the past three days. I’ve called all the available numbers but received no answer. I emailed and got no reply. I also sent an inquiry through their website, but I have received no response. Additionally, I attempted to call the lounge directly, but there was no answer. I have two Hyperli vouchers and I am trying to use them, but I can't get hold of anyone. This is ridiculous!!!

On July 4th, 2022 I booked my car in for his 120 000km service, I have a service plan for my car. Since I got my car I always got my car serviced at Barons Tokai and had no issues so far with them, however this time it was different. As I mentioned I have a service plan for my car, I booked my car in at 7 am the morning, and I then got a call from Baron's at 12 pm saying that they saw my wheel alignment was out, should they correct it, I then said no, to leave it, they then said okay and ended the call. A few hours went by and heard nothing from them, I called and asked them how far is my car, as I had to work from home due to my car being in for it's service, they told me that they waiting on my service plan to be approved, I then said okay and hung up. A few hours went by and they called back saying that my water pump has a tiny hole in it and needs to be replaced, and would cost around R7000, and then my Top shock mountings needs to be replaced and cost around R6000, I was shocked at the prices and was told that they won't include labor as my service plan can cover that, I then told them I will call them back to let them know. I then did my homework and called Goldwagen, and priced the parts that Baron's said needed replacing. The top shock mountings at Goldwagen were going for R179 per part(at Baron's over R6000), and the water pump was going for R3500(at Baron's over R7000), now you tell me how does that make sense for Baron's to inflate their part prices by that much...... I then called Baron's back and told them to just do the service on my car that my service plan covers, nothing more, they then agreed BUT said they still waiting for my service plan people to approve my service to be done, I was shocked as it was already 1 pm, and they advised my car will have to be left by them and worked on the next day, I was not happy with this, as that meant another day working from home. The next day (5th July) I called my service plan and asked them why wasn't my service plan approved, they then advised that it was already approved same day at 12pm (4th July), I was so irritated with Baron's as they lied to me regarding the reason why they never got my car done. So they first want to inflate prices then they lied to me regarding why they never got my car done on time.
I have closed over 3 of my accounts on my profile, and one of my old car insurance accounts still shows open, I have requested that this be removed from my profile twice already, I also have a cellphone account that needs to be removed as well as my other closed car insurance with Budget Insurance, this needs to be updated on your system and removed from my credit score, I have emailed what you needed to show proof of closed accounts as well as a paid-up letter from my cellphone account with Vodacom, but I have not received any feedback what so ever from Experian
I am writing this complaint on behalf of my Mother, she has been trying for months to get a letter regarding my late Dads estate, we have a policy that needs to be claimed, however, we can not do so due to the fact that the departments systems have been "offline" for the past 3-4mths now. This has been tough on us, especially on my mom as we lost an important person in our lives and we struggling to get such a simple thing sorted.....

I have closed my account in the month of January 2020, I have paid it fully and owe Lewis nothing, I have asked them to close my account completely as I do not want this account to reflect on my credit score any longer as an open account, to this day they have not updated their system to show it is no longer open. I have proof of my account being closed in a letter they have sent me, however, my credit score shows otherwise. I need this to be sorted asap!
I have been trying for the past 2 months to sort out a closed phone contract to be removed from my credit score that i have paid up and closed a year ago. I checked my credit score and it is still reflecting that i owe them money but i do not. I have called the call center, which has put me through to their legal department who does almost next to nothing to help me, all they did was issue me a "paid up letter" and then proceed to tell me to check my credit score two weeks later, which i did and the amount is still there, I then called again to be put through to the legal department and all they did was provide me with a Cred Vetting number to call and to speak to them, i then called this number and it ask for that i insert my SS ID (which i have no idea what that is ), now you tell me Cell.c , How the f*** do i get this sorted.
