Bought the 2hour luxury spa package on Wikideals got 2 vouchers for me and my wife , I called to make a booking for the friday 26th sept for 3pm for the 2hour package .they confirmed booking .at 5pm the same day of making the booking ,I got a call saying that they will be closed for the whole October ! I asked then what about my coupons as it expires in March 2026 and I work out of the country so il be home again in May . She said they will confirm with a email that il be able to still use the coupons . I then called again in to just try my luck in the week and you guys were open . So I again booked but they said il only get a hour session so now I lose out on the 2 hour package which I paid for . We then went for the 1 hour , was very disappointed. I felt like I was more being Rubbed out like a baby instead of being massaged . My wife said she felt 2 scratches on her head and then they said thank you and left . Will never again book here again .
I settled my Vehicle Asset finance in October 2024 , I never got sent my paid up letter . I am still trying to get a paid up letter , but they running me around Customer services says my account is with legal and legal says the account is with customer services as it’s not in arrears . Customer services cannot assist me as my number is not updated however I updated it with legal and collections , and normally I get asked security questions instead this lady of customer services didn’t once ask . All I need is a paid up letter of my account That’s it !! Why isit so difficult This bank is useless everything is difficult with them . Being sent back and forth back and forth whole time even team leaders can’t assist So where is my account You guys can’t just get rid of it it’s suppose to be in your system still It’s not yet a year
RAIN WIFI is the worst ! Tried calling them 16 times A supervisor is never available ! But quick to call for a sale I had a billing issue they refunded me only half my money back when I wanted a full refund I call in a consultant answers arnal or Arnu is the guys name he just puts me on hold while I’m talking . The supervisor Yaseen doesn’t even have a decency to call back to assist !!!! Disgusting service ! I want my service cancelled now immediately and I want my money back ! For you double debiting me ! Or I take it further than this platform !
I have fundsatwork with you guys , I left my company 3 months ago ,submitted my claim and sent in the documentation needed to process the claim its been 3 months , I get no communication from you guys ,I call in 4 times call either gets dropped ,or I get told its been escalated . I called in again today only to hear that there is a issue with the quality checker and its been on hold until their issue has been solved , then the consultant said once its been done with quality checker you must wait 10 days and then wait the banking days until payment is recieved . What a company !! That calls themselves reputable ! . I have been with Sanlam and Alexander forbes with much bigger claims and their turn around times is 2 weeks from submitting to payout . Momentum funds at work is ridiculous!! No communication whatsoever from them on regarding what stage of the claim its at . Bad to worse !! Never again !
GOOD DAY WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST SHOPRITE LIQUOR VOORTREKKER ROAD GOODWOOD, CORNER OF KIMBERLY STREET, I CAME THERE 8 MINUTES AFTER CLOSING AND NOTICED THE DOOR CLOSED BUT CUSTOMERS INSIDE AND I UNDERSTOOD THAT I CAN NOT GO IN TO BUY ANYTHING SO I JUST WANTED TO ASK WHAT TIME THE SHOPRITE AT VASCO CLOSES AND THE LIQUOR SECTION, WHEN I ASKED THE SECURITY THROUGH THE DOOR IF I CAN PLEASE ASK A QUESTION HE JUST WAVED AND SAID BYE BYE, I TOLD HIM THAT ALL I NEED IS TO KNOW SOMETHING AND YET AGAIN ALL HE SAID WAS BYE BYE AND WAVED ( TAKING ME FOR A JOKE), THE STAFF THAT WAS ASSISTING THE OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE WAS STANDING THERE AND LAUGHING. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER BECAUSE THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER EVEN IF THE STORE IS CLOSED, HE CONTINUED TO SAY BYE BYE AND WAVE AND THEY CONTINUED LAUGHING, I THEN REQUESTED HIS NAME WHEN ANOTHER GUY CAME TO LOCK THE DOOR AND HE QUICKLY GRABBED ONTO HIS NAME BADGE TO COVER IT AND TURNED AWAY. THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND I WOULD LIKE SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS. I’ve been a customer since 2015 ,and lately it’s just been a disappointment. So Telkom was suppose to deduct a R690 last month . Due to a credit on my account . They ended up deducting the normal R2053 . I then phoned in and a lady said they can return the money back into my account within 7-10 working days . I sent my banking details and everything . She confirmed it has been processed . 10 days passed yesterday I called in the first consultant told me it was never processed it’s now laying as a credit on my account and they can’t return the money as it’s too late and she hung up the phone . The next consultant said the supervisor named Paul will contact me , he still never contacted me . Called again today the first consultant put me on mute the entire time , second consultant also it just went dead . I’m tired and I needed that money , they take me for a joke . I’m at that point where I’m done with Telkom !! And if I do a reversal on my side they still going to charge me a R220 debit order fee . But they the wrong ones for deducting way more than what was said .
