If I had the option to give less than 1 star I would have. I bought a deal on Wikideals, trying to make an appointment was extremely difficult, they just never answer the phone. When we eventually got hold of them, the lady that is handling the booking are *********** and that took quite a while to make the booking. The booking was made 3 weeks in advance and when my wife and I arrived at the Spa on the day of our booking, they were closed. No notification, no apology and now we cannot get hold of them again to enquire what is going on. Now we're stuck with a voucher which was not cheap, it will expire in 3 weeks time and we cannot make a new booking. Completely unacceptable.

Ford Ecoboost breaks and Engine failure
My 2017 Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost is now a non-runner. 90 000km. Driving n the high-way, the oil light came on then the engine light came on, I had no (zero, nothing, none) breaks and when I finally manage to pull over, the engine just died and is now not turning over anymore. All of this in a very small timeframe. This is apparently a know issue with thousands of vehicles with the Ecoboost engine... Unfortunately no recalls in South Africa, although we have the same engines as USA in our cars and their cars in USA are being recalled for the same problem. This is really not on Ford South Africa. At least let people know that there are a potential problem with the car, especially if you know what happens after 90 000km with these wet belts. Why would Ford South Africa just keep quiet? USA announced the recall 2 weeks ago already.

****ed off Individual - non Customer of Clientele
For the last year Clientele has been phoning me on my Cell number looking for Mr Clayton. I've had my cell number for the last 25 years and Mr Clayton must have given the wrong number. For the last 14 months now I've been trying to get Clientele to change the information they have on their system, but every day I get at least 3 phone calls from one of the Clientele Call center staff members..... I've been blocking the numbers, but seems they get new numbers from time-to-time as well. How can I get through to these people to stop the harassment. Surely the POPI act should apply here.
