Horrible service

Horrible service Horrible service, T&Cs mention I will be subject to a credit check but it doesn't state that if you fail the check you don't receive the car you will not be refunded. I was at the branch on time will all the required documents and didn't get the car due to negative credit check and I am now being told I won't get my deposit back as I failed to read the terms. Please advise where in the terms does it say if you fail the credit check the is no refund? 😤😤😤😤
