Very happy customer of CarFlexi
I read with surprise the negative comments a lot of people left for this company. We used them twice on trips to Mauritius and we had absolutely no problems. We received confirmation via email for our booking, we received the agreed vehicle at the airport, and the service was excellent. Personally, based on our experience, I will use this company again.

Very happy customer of CarFlexi
I read with surprise the negative comments a lot of people left for this company. We used them twice on trips to Mauritius and we had absolutely no problems. We received confirmation via email for our booking, we received the agreed vehicle at the airport, and the service was excellent. Personally, based on our experience, I will use this company again.

Carflexi - con artists
Extreme con artist whom takes your money without providing service. They connive with Europcar as the car rental company whom refused to change my insurance to premium but kept over R4000 being my deposit without providing any service. My advice is to keep away from Car Flexi being in cahoots with Europcar

Carflexi - con artists
Extreme con artist whom takes your money without providing service. My advice is to keep away from Car Flexi being in cahoots with Europcar

Horrible service
Horrible service Horrible service, T&Cs mention I will be subject to a credit check but it doesn't state that if you fail the check you don't receive the car you will not be refunded. I was at the branch on time will all the required documents and didn't get the car due to negative credit check and I am now being told I won't get my deposit back as I failed to read the terms. Please advise where in the terms does it say if you fail the credit check the is no refund? 😤😤😤😤

Car flexi is not a reliable agencie, just takes our money and they are nowhere to be found after.
I booked a car for rental last Friday and they did not disclose Al the requirements by the bluu car rental, then I went to bluu Car Rental on Saturday only to find out that they did not even set the booking with them, and I have sent them an email to refund my deposit and no response, they do not even have numbers to call on their website, but is misleading and so not reliable, I want my deposit money back

I would seriously advise the public not to log on and use this company, as there are hidden costs regarding booking and insurance. hey advertise TRUSTED Brands with NO HIDDEN FEES which is completely false. There is a 50% booking fee based on the cost of the vehicle hire advertised. The so called TRUSTED companies should not be advertising their cars on this site. I would advise the public to rather book with the companies directly.

Carflexi pathetic
No stars at all I have booked. They took my money. They never confirmed my booking via email. The booking number was invalid. At the airport, none of the rental companies could assist me. There are no contact details on their website. There is no telephone number. There is no email address, but they advertise 24/7 . help. Please be careful
