I booked a car for rental last Friday and they did not disclose Al the requirements by the bluu car rental, then I went to bluu Car Rental on Saturday only to find out that they did not even set the booking with them, and I have sent them an email to refund my deposit and no response, they do not even have numbers to call on their website, but is misleading and so not reliable, I want my deposit money back
ABSA has issued a court order on my card to be repossessed and today I have asked them how is it possible since I have never received any documents before like section 129 or summons, then I wrote an email to the attorneys to give. me a chance to arrange for the arrears as the arrears are for two months that were not paid, and I told them that I can pay off the arrears this month,. The attorneys said they will negotiate with absa and they sent me section 129 today but dated for March. so meaning they can say it was sent already yet I had not received any letter till today, and now they want me to pay the car settlement amount instead of arrears of which I don't have such amount and they are going to take my car, they say Thomas from high court has sent me the summons but no one has given me ANYTHING, mind you the car installment is still going off every month even now it went off for the month of May and according to my understanding is this account is with high Court it's supposed to be suspended and debit order too should be suspended till the high Court finalise their process, I have been calling ABSA vehicle finance department but no one is will to help me, I have literally been treated unfairly here.
